Recycling is not new, but our approach is. We recycle using a dry process without burning batteries or generating waste water. It’s not enough to just recycle, we need to recycle responsibly and sustainably.
Greentec’s Goal
Greentec Recycling strives to reuse as many hybrid and electric vehicle batteries as possible. We squeeze out every watt from batteries we acquire to ensure every usable module that meets our standards is put back into remanufactured batteries. In other words, we only send the scrap to the shredder! This process helps conserve the precious and limited materials that make up hybrid and electric vehicle batteries by reducing the need for new batteries.
